A doctor who is VERY good at drawing blood.

Dr. Litch seems to just appear in hospitals as if he's part of the working staff and helps himself to various patients.

Most people think it's at random but he seems to drift around with a cause. He's currently been seen in the halls of Baths Hospital.

He knows people can be uncomfortable about this whole drawing blood thing so he loves to chatter as he works. Sure, he can use needles but what he mostly uses is leeches. And it seems like he has a never ending supply. He will even chatter how he's sad people are afraid of them when they are so helpful! They help with clotting and other things, don't you know!

There are rumours that his body writhes with things underneath it. He will be rather coy about it... But it's because he is filled with leeches.

And they're always hungry.

He occasionally spits up a black-looking fluid, brushes it off as if it's no big deal. He's totally fine!
Down his front is a large autopsy scar... Best not to ask about that.

He collects vintage leech jars and dreams about finding someone to cuddle up to. He smells like old pennies.
